1. INSTALL ECU BRACKET

  1. Install the ECU bracket with the 2 screws.



2. INSTALL ECM

  1. Install the ECM with the 5 bolts.

    Torque:
    Bolt A:
    13 N*m{ 127 kgf*cm , 9 ft.*lbf }
    Bolt B:
    8.0 N*m{ 82 kgf*cm , 71 in.*lbf }

  1. Install the wire harness to the ECU bracket.

  1. Pull down the lever to engage the lock and connect the 2 connectors to the ECM.



3. INSTALL NO. 1 AIR CLEANER INLET

  1. Engage the 2 claws and install the No. 1 air cleaner inlet.



4. INSTALL NO. 1 RADIATOR LOWER AIR DEFLECTOR

  1. Insert the 2 guides and install the radiator air deflector.

  1. Install the 2 clips.



5. INSTALL HIGH PITCHED HORN ASSEMBLY

  1. Install the high pitched horn assembly with the bolt.

    Torque:
    20 N*m{ 199 kgf*cm , 14 ft.*lbf }

  1. Connect the connector.



6. INSTALL AIR CLEANER FILTER ELEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Install the air cleaner filter element as shown in the illustration.



7. INSTALL AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Align the 2 hinges with the case guide, to insert the case into the groove, and engage the 2 clamps to install the air cleaner cap.

  1. Connect the air cleaner hose with the hose clamp.

    NOTICE:
    Install the clamp positioned against the air cleaner hose assembly tab as shown in the illustration.

    Torque:
    3.0 N*m{ 31 kgf*cm , 27 in.*lbf }

  1. Engage the wire harness and install the wire harness to the air cleaner cap sub-assembly.



8. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER

  1. Install the front bumper cover (Click here).
